Daniel has been in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years, continually working with some of the leading institutions and figures in the field. Daniel manages a varied list of clients around their health, wellbeing, training and recovery and is the proud owner of Elite Health and Human Performance Ltd.

Daniel has worked with a variety of professional athletes from Motorsport, Rugby & Football. As well as working with athletes, Daniel has supported many general clients with their health, fitness and wellbeing with 1:1 injury and pain management as well as coaching.

Daniel has had the honour of working with and supporting several CEOs worldwide with their health, fitness and wellbeing creating sustainable and bespoke training and wellness plans with 24/7 support.

In addition, Daniel has experience working with the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Rally Team supporting 6 riders at the Andalucia Rally during the covid-19 pandemic.

Daniel has an active interest in Strength and Conditioning and its role in performance and injury rehabilitation. Daniel has been fortunate to work with a number of talented S&C coaches all around the world. His work values are solidly around teamwork and preparation in supporting individuals and athletes achieve excellence whilst remaining healthy.
